 Jennifer began working in the automobile dealership industry in 2002 in warranty administration and Business Development Center installation and training.


In 2005, Jennifer joined MBA Dealer Services, LLC and began performing administrative duties for the fixed operations consulting side of the business; and helped create MBA's Service an

 Jennifer began working in the automobile dealership industry in 2002 in warranty administration and Business Development Center installation and training.


In 2005, Jennifer joined MBA Dealer Services, LLC and began performing administrative duties for the fixed operations consulting side of the business; and helped create MBA's Service and Parts Manager 20 Groups in 2007 and continues to lead the administration of these 20 Groups.


Then, Jennifer helped design and install Chrysler LLC’s Service and Parts Manager Performance Groups (now FCA 20 Groups) in 2010. 


In 2012, Jennifer began a similar task with Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) with the formation and installation of their Service and Parts Manager Performance Dealer Groups, which she led the administration of these Dealer Performance Groups on behalf of Case New Holland Industrial, today.


Also, in 2012, Jennifer became the Managing Partner and Chief Information Officer of MBA Dealer Services, LLC. Then, in 2018, she became the Chief Executive Officer, a title she still holds today.

Since 2012, Mark has worked with Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) to create their Performance Dealer Group (the equivalent of FCA’s 20 Groups) for Case New Holland’s service and parts managers.

 

He has been a featured speaker at Case New Holland PDG meetings, Digital Dealer conferences, and the SEMA Show.

John Decker has been involved in the automotive industry for many years. Previously, he has been in automobile sales, an F&I Manager, a General Manager, and a Dealer Principal. 

  

John’s goal was to own his own business and be successful and profitable. He wanted to share his knowledge with others so they could grow to be all they desired.

John Decker has been involved in the automotive industry for many years. Previously, he has been in automobile sales, an F&I Manager, a General Manager, and a Dealer Principal. 

  

John’s goal was to own his own business and be successful and profitable. He wanted to share his knowledge with others so they could grow to be all they desired. He can now say that he has accomplished both with lots of help and hard work. His goal now is to pass on what he’s learned.


His automotive career started as a salesperson at a Ford dealership in Michigan in the early ’70s and then at a Lincoln-Mercury store where he sold retail and handled large fleet accounts. 


In 1980, he became the sales manager at a Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership, was promoted to General Manager, and eventually became a partner.


In 1987 with the help of General Motors, Motors Holding Division, he bought a Chevrolet point in Cedar Springs, Michigan, and a Chrysler Dodge store in Ithaca, Michigan. 


In 2003 he added a Pontiac-GMC-Cadillac in Ionia, Michigan.


As a result of his automotive career and his desire to see his staff grow, many of his former employees have gone on to be successful in the automotive field as managers, general managers, and dealers.


Currently, John is consulting and training sales and service personnel in customer service, personal development, and dealership opportunities.

Dennis has outstanding rapport-building, interpersonal, and communication skills, and he possesses advanced needs assessment with problem-solving skills. He is hard-working, intelligent, accountable, and responsive.


His last position was as Manager, Service Marketing, and After Sales Training, where he was responsible for the development & execution of CNH product support training curriculum/programs for all of North America.  As a manager, he increased CNH parts sales by growing the dealership's service sales through Service Marketing initiatives. 


His department interfaced with CNH Parts & Service field personnel and other CNH departments to offer their dealers integrated product support marketing programs and enablers to grow their parts & service business. 


Additional benefits included an improved dealer sales mix, better dealer absorption rate, improved recovery rates, and higher customer satisfaction & loyalty.
